• Overall accountable for APOC Operations in shift
• Responsible for carrying out optimum utilisation of available airport resources
• Responsible for coordination between APOC planning and operations teams
• Ensuring all the data required for operations and billing is captured on time and accurately in each shift
• Coordination for works related to terminal & airside and ensuring these works do not impact operations
• Coordination with stakeholders for ensuring smooth operations
• Timely reporting of incidents/accidents and supporting terminal/airside teams in handling of incidents
• Ensuring equipment and systems are serviceable in the Emergency Control Centre (ECC) and all the required documents/information is available. Also, the activation of ECC is responsibility of the APOC duty manager
• Provision of reports/data as and when required by stakeholders/management
