Noida International Airport is the upcoming greenfield airport at Jewar, which will enhance connectivity to and from Delhi NCR, Noida and Western UP. NIA, a confluence of Swiss efficiency and Indian hospitality, is envisioned to become India’s leading airport in terms of customer-service, outstanding efficiency, digital services and commitment to the minimal environmental impact. NIA will provide a modern and seamless passenger experience as well as a broad range of commercial offerings for families with children, elderly travelers as well as the travelling business community.

The airport is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL), a 100% subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, in close partnership with Government of Uttar Pradesh and Government of India.

Job Description

Functional Competence:

Project Management - Leads Project Deliveries independently, in the Data & Analytics space

Team Leader - Leads team of skilled Data & Cloud Architects, Developers in direct reporting capacity

Technology Wizard - Provides technical expertise and hands-on guidance to the Data & Analytics team

Active Collaborator - Engages with Peers and Colleagues in the Parent Organization (Zurich Airport)

Team Player - Partners with colleagues in Technology and Business functions to deliver products and services

Stakeholder Focus - Partners with Airport Customers and Stakeholders for effective delivery

Advisory Role - Provide Thought Leadership to the Management in evolving the Analytics Practice

Job Requirement

Technical Competence:

Qualifications BE / BTech / MCA; Well versed with AGILE / SCRUM delivery methodology

Certification in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks [TOGAF / Equivalent]

Certification in Microsoft Analytics Frameworks

Well versed with best practices on Cloud Infrastructure & Data Product Development [EventHub/ADF, Data Bricks, Python scripting etc.]

Project Management Experience in Delivery and Change Management | Data Projects

Delivery Experience in leading complex teams with diverse skills, including outsourcing.

Training and Developing team-members for an efficient delivery workforce

Lead efforts in establishing data-driven products and services in Digital space

Tracks & optimizes organizational spend on various Cloud & Analytics subscriptions

Behavioral Competence:

Agile & DevOps mindset with a Problem Solver attitude

Good business acumen with customer-first approach

Handling Customer and Vendor relationships with required sensitivity

Good communication, collaboration and influencing skills

Good Document Authoring / Writing skills
