The airport is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL), a 100% subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, in close partnership with Government of Uttar Pradesh and Government of India.

Job Description
  • Responsible for housekeeping function for the entire Airport.
  • Handing over taking over Operation & Maintenance of Airport Terminal Building, Landside and      Airside areas in shifts. 
  • Responsible for Façade Cleaning, Pest Management, Waste Management & stores management in close coordination with peers, contractors, and other stake holders (internal & external). 
  • The responsibility includes executing the shift tasks and assisting Manager for Operation & Maintenance Regime, SOP’s, PPM/CBM strategies, Performance based agreements, Vendor Management, compliance, and certification in line with the company goals of achieving Net Zero and Digitalized Housekeeping operations to achieve quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Job Requirement
  • Expert in Housekeeping Services as a core strength.
  • Experience in Airport Housekeeping Operations and Shift management.
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors.
  • Knowledge in cleaning machinery operations.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
  • Good knowledge in modern O&M process and methodology of systems.
  • Knowledge of administration and supervision of staff and activities.
  • Ability to plan, conduct, and participate in meetings in which the collective resources of the group members are used efficiently.
  • Ability to clearly assign responsibilities and tasks to others.
  • Ability to identify problems, recognizing symptoms, causes and alternative solutions, and make timely, sound decisions based on complicated policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material Knowledge of basic budgetary principles and practices.
  • Ability to encourage the creativity of subordinates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
