
Assistant Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and control the receipt, distribution, and filing of all project-related documents (inflow & outflow).
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registers, logs, and trackers.
· Ensure proper classification, coding, and indexing of documents in alignment with project documentation standards.
· Upload, update, and manage documents on Aconex and SharePoint platforms.
· Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up with internal teams.
· Support in maintaining document control procedures and workflows to ensure smooth documentation flow across the project lifecycle.
· Ensure correct version control and maintain document history for all revisions and updates.
· Prepare periodic reports—submission status, pending actions, weekly/monthly dashboards.
· Maintain confidentiality, accessibility, and security of all controlled documents.
· Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of the documentation system.
